To order your Unity Ring please complete the enquiry form below and we will be in touch with you to confirm your order details.
Please include your preferred ring size and metal alloy. (Size A-Z)
2. For gold orders please also include your preference for 9ct or 18ct carat.

The Unity Ring is currently available for AUSTRALIAN order only.
Each ring is individually made to order by our local artisans and will be ready to ship within 2 - 3 weeks of purchase. Please note however, that due to COVID-19 restrictions, Australia Post is experiencing significant delivery delays due to limited flights, social distancing requirements and increased parcel volumes. Orders may experience some delays during shipping.

We understand that purchasing Jewellery is a special and sometimes emotional journey and we respect that purchasing over the internet can sometimes be intimidating. The following terms and conditions of purchase are written with this in mind, and have been designed to protect both the interests of you the customer, the values of the Kallure brand & mission, and the integrity of our artisan makers.

RESIZES, EXCHANGE, RETURNS & REPAIRS POLICY:

Please note all Unity Rings cannot be exchanged for another size so please choose your size carefully when ordering
Unity Rings purchased as a GIFT can be resized, however please note that resizing fees and shipping costs (both to and from Kallure) will be at the customers cost.
All returns for resize must be in their complete original packaging and be shipped prepaid and insured. We are not responsible for items lost in transit. For more terms regarding Shipping please see below
RETURNS & EXCHANGES:
As all our designs are bespoke handmade pieces please choose carefully. There are no refunds or exchanges given for change of mind.
All our jewellery is entirely handmade. Pieces are delicate and should be worn and handled with care.
Kallure reserves the right to deny a return or exchange if it does not meet with our returns policy.
If you wish to return an item due to a perceived fault or damage, please return the item to Kallure Jewellery within 7 days of receipt so that we may assess the item. KALLURE JEWELLERY will assess the returned item to determine whether the fault or damage was caused by either MANUFACTURE, INTENTIONAL DAMAGE or MISTREATMENT.
Please note, All shipping fees for return of items for assessment (both to and from KALLURE) will be at the customers cost. All returns must be in their complete original packaging and be shipped prepaid and insured. We are not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.
In the case of a MANUFACTURING FAULT, Kallure Jewellery will repair, replace, exchange or refund the item.
In the case of INTENTIONAL DAMAGE, no refund or exchange will be given. Customer may request Kallure to repair the item, all repair will be at the customers cost.
In the case of MISTREATMENT, no refund or exchange will be given. Customer may request Kallure to repair the item, all repair will be at the customers cost.
If you are entitled to a refund, this will be processed within 14 business days of KALLURE JEWELLERY receiving the returned item.
REPAIRS:
Kallure will repair any design purchased through kallure.com.au. Please note that repair fees will apply (unless returned for MANUFACTURING FAULT. Please see RETURNS Policy).
All shipping fees for repairs or assessment for repair (both to and from KALLURE) will be at the customers cost. All returns for repair must be in their complete original packaging and be shipped prepaid and insured. We are not responsible for items lost in transit.

All items will be packaged in KALLURE Packaging and shipped in either Box or Satchel by a registered mail provider or courier service.
Kallure only sends order(s) via trackable local post or registered courier providers. You will be notified by email of your items tracking details at time of dispatch.
Online orders cannot be shipped to PO Boxes.
All items require a signature upon receipt. Please have items shipped to a location at which you or an approved recipient will be present (i.e. residential or business) between 8am and 5pm.
Kallure take no responsibility for incorrect shipping details entered once order has been dispatched. If incorrect details have been submitted please contact us immediately.
